Hello, my name is Lisa and I am a passionate believer in natural therapies and the way in which our health can elevate, simply by addressing what we do as individuals and how our personal choices daily, are what largely contribute to our well-being and vitality.
I have been in the health care industry since 1994, discovering the variety of ways and techniques that can contribute to my own well-being and how I can help others find their path to great health and vitality. I enjoy all aspects of the health care industry, diligently researching, testing and seeing clients in practice. Since 2012 I have been running health retreats and catering for the respite industry. Clients would attend week longs stays and enjoy all the amazing benefits of multiple health modalities and delicious healthy food, while resting and restoring their bodies in beautiful locations.
I am a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Counsellor and Remedial Therapist and I have had the pleasure of working with the Australian Davis Cup Tennis Team, SANFL, AFL as well as other Australian and International sporting people. I have spent a number of years working in day spas & resorts both in Australia and the Canadian Rockies, which was an amazing time in my life. My work has taken me places that have been rewarding both personally and professionally.
Like many health professionals, I was guided towards this industry due to curiosity and fascination as to how easily my health was influenced by diet and lifestyle choices that I have adopted. I believe that each individual has their unique way of living, feeling and exploring the world, and this plays a role in our health. We cannot all fit into one or two health models that have been chosen for us. Working with me, means I will help you find the best way to navigate your personal choices that can result in the best health for you.
With guidance from a health practitioner like myself, I believe we can all learn new ways to better our health and well-being. Improving diet and lifestyle choices can start things off on a good note. If required, supplements and body-work can further support or accelerate health & happiness.
